In spirit of the new year, on January 20th all Carrot Express locations are unveiling an all-day breakfast menu and a curated coffee and matcha program available at 7 a.m. daily. The fresh selection offers an exciting variety of wholesome and delicious breakfast options designed to satisfy cravings any time of day. The all-day breakfast menu features a combination of healthy ingredients and seasonal produce inspired by hearty classics with a nutritious twist.

Highlights include Jessie’s Breakfast Bowl ($15.99) – Quinoa, sauteed mushrooms & kale, turkey bacon, roasted tomatoes, topped with a cage-free sunny egg and avocado, Gluten Free Carrot Waffle ($14.99) – Topped with banana, strawberries, blueberries, maple syrup and powdered sugar, the Ultimate Croissant Eggwich ($13.99) – Multigrain croissant filled with cage-free omelette, avocado, jack cheese, tomato, arugula, lemon vinaigrette and homemade aioli and The Scrambled ($14.99) – featuring pasture raised eggs, served with avocado, balsamic greens and sourdough toast.
