Vegan

A vegan diet is based entirely on plants and it excludes all animal products, such as dairy, eggs, beef, poultry, fish, gelatin, and honey (although some dietary vegans do consume honey).

As for our salad dressings, if your vegan-friendly diet includes intake of honey feel free to mix them in our: Green Goddess Salad, Teeka Salad, & Oriental Crunch Salad

If not, make sure to ask for olive oil and balsamic vinegar!

Vegeterian

A vegetarian diet is based on the practice of abstaining from the consumption of meat, fish, and poultry. Aside from the environmental and ethical benefits of cutting out these products from your diet, they can also help support weight loss, reduce your risk of chronic disease, while improving the quality of your diet.

KETO-FRIENDLY DIET

The ketogenic diet is a high fat, adequate protein, low carb diet. The replacement of carbohydrates intake with high fat consumption helps put your body in a metabolic state called ketosis, which makes you extremely efficient in burning fat for energy.

Whether you are a beginner or a pro, we will help you navigate a keto-friendly diet by making it easier for you to choose. 

If you want to make our salads keto-friendly, replace our dressing with olive oil and add extra avocado to increase its fat content: 

Ask for our high protein modifiers to add to your salad: Chicken, Salmon, Turkey Burger, Tuna Salad, Chicken Salad, Salmon Burger.

PALEO-FRIENDLY DIET

The Paleo diet was created on the idea of returning to a way of eating that’s more similar to what early humans ate millions of years ago. This diet is based on eating fish, lean meats, vegetables, nuts and seeds- all foods that in the past were obtained through hunting and gathering.
