To redeem Carrot Perks, please follow these steps:
On Your Smartphone:
- Open the App on your phone
- Click the SCAN icon located in the main menu of the app
- Select “Scan Receipt”
- Click “Upload Receipt” to follow the instructions
On the Web:
- Log in at order.carrotexpress.com/scan.
- Select “Scan Receipt”
- Click “Upload Receipt” to follow the instructions.

- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Order number/Receipt
- Carrot account number

how to find your carrot account number?
On Your Smartphone:
- Open the Carrot App on your smartphone
- Click on the menu icon located in the top right corner
- Your account number will be displayed under your name
On the Web:
- Log in to your perks account
- Your account number can be found at the top left under “Summary of Accounts”
how to edit the tip on the app?
- Open the app and add your desired item to your cart
Proceed to the Checkout section - Your cart will appear on the right side of your screen
- Select the desired tip or choose “Set Tip” for a custom amount
- Click on “Continue”
- Review your order and then click the “PLACE ORDER” button to complete your purchase
to request a credit to your carrot perks account
To request a credit to your account, send an email to info@carrotexpress.com with the following information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Order number/Receipt
- Carrot account number
- Reason for your credit
to request a refund
To request a refund to your account, send an email to info@carrotexpress.com with the following information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Last 4 digits of the card you used
- Store you purchased from
- Order number/Receipt
- Reason for your refund
