To redeem Carrot Perks, please follow these steps:
- Log in at carrotexpress.myguestaccount.com
- We cannot add points to your account after a purchase has been made; however, we can credit your account for the amount on your receipt, as $1 per every $10 you spent

- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Order number/Receipt
- Carrot Express account number

How to find your carrot account number?
On Your Smartphone:
- Open the Carrot App on your smartphone
- Click on the menu icon located in the top left corner
- Your account number will be displayed under your name
On the Web:
- Log in to your perks account at carrotexpress.myguestaccount.com
- Your account number can be found at the top left under "Summary of Accounts”
How to edit the tip on the App?
- Open the App and add your desired item to your cart
- Proceed to the Checkout section
- On the final "Place Order" screen, click on the "Remove Tip" button
- An "Add Tip" button will then appear
- Click on the "Add Tip" button to enter a custom tip
- Input your desired tip amount
- Click on "Continue"
- Review your order and then click the "PLACE ORDER" button to complete your purchase
To Request a Credit to your Carrot Perks account
To request a credit to your account, send an email to info@carrotexpress.com with the following information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Order number/Receipt
- Carrot Express account number
- Reason for your credit
To Request a Refund
To request a refund to your account, send an email to info@carrotexpress.com with the following information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Last 4 digits of the card you used
- Store you purchased from
- Order number/Receipt
- Reason for your refund
