Founded by Mario Laufer inside of a gas station in Miami Beach in 1993, Carrot Express has since grown to nearly 30 locations across South Florida and NYC, with new locations opening in both cities this summer. Since the onset of the brand, Carrot Express has maintained its steadfast commitment to providing healthy, delicious food to the communities it serves, and prides itself on offering a creative and extensive menu based on natural, high-quality ingredients.
