Carrot Express debuts new All-Day Breakfast menu for a healthy start to 2025

MIAMI, FL — South Florida and NYC’s fast-casual pioneer dedicated to healthy dining is encouraging healthy habits this 2025 – and that all starts with the most important meal of the day, breakfast. In spirit of the new year, on January 20th all Carrot Express locations are unveiling an all-day breakfast menu and a curated coffee and matcha program available at 7 a.m. daily. The fresh selection offers an exciting variety of wholesome and delicious breakfast options designed to satisfy cravings any time of day. The all-day breakfast menu features a combination of healthy ingredients and seasonal produce inspired by hearty classics with a nutritious twist.

Known for its commitment to clean eating, the wholesome, family-operated business has become a staple in South Florida and NYC for those seeking a healthier dining experience without sacrificing taste or convenience. Highlights include Jessie’s Breakfast Bowl ($15.99) – Quinoa, sauteed mushrooms & kale, turkey bacon, roasted tomatoes, topped with a cage-free sunny egg and avocado, Gluten Free Carrot Waffle ($14.99) – Topped with banana, strawberries, blueberries, maple syrup and powdered sugar, the Ultimate Croissant Eggwich ($13.99) – Multigrain croissant filled with cage-free omelette, avocado, jack cheese, tomato, arugula, lemon vinaigrette and homemade aioli and The Scrambled ($14.99) – featuring pasture raised eggs, served with avocado, balsamic greens and sourdough toast. Signature items like acai bowls, overnight oats and avocado toast will also be available in addition to new grab-and-go items like homemade power bites and yogurt parfaits.

Coffee beverages include an Espresso ($3.50), Honey Cinnamon Latte ($6.50), Cappuccino ($5) and more. Tea lovers can also rejoice over caffeinated and decaffeinated drinks like a Matcha Latte ($5.75) whisked with an organic ceremonial matcha sourced from Japan by Tenzo Tea and choice of milk and an organic Golden Turmeric Latte ($5.50) steamed with ⁠turmeric root powder, cinnamon powder, ginger root. cardamom powder ad ⁠black pepper powder with choice of milk. Milk options include oat milk, almond milk and coconut milk. Guests can also personalize their brews with different syrups like vanilla, lavender, caramel and dark chocolate.
