Our Story
Founded by Mario Laufer inside of a gas station in Miami Beach in 1993, CARROT has since grown to nearly 30 locations across South Florida and NYC.
With new locations opening in both cities this summer. Since the onset of the brand, CARROT has maintained its steadfast commitment to providing healthy, delicious food to the communities it serves, and prides itself on offering a creative and extensive menu based on natural, high-quality ingredients. Breakfast, lunch and dinner options feature seasonal and fresh produce, and can be enjoyed in a fun, comfortable and relaxed environment. In addition to dine-in, this fast casual concept offers takeout, delivery and a variety of catering offerings for every occasion.
