our story
Founded by Mario Laufer inside of a gas station in Miami Beach in 1993, Carrot Express® has since grown to nearly 30 locations across South Florida and NYC, with new locations opening in both cities this summer. Since the onset of the brand, Carrot Express® has maintained its steadfast commitment to providing healthy, delicious food to the communities it serves, and prides itself on offering a creative and extensive menu based on natural, high-quality ingredients. Breakfast, lunch and dinner options feature seasonal and fresh produce, and can be enjoyed in a fun, comfortable and relaxed environment. In addition to dine-in, this fast casual concept offers takeout, delivery and a variety of catering offerings for every occasion.
