TO PLACE AN ORDER PLEASE VISIT
1. Select the Date & Time Slot
Select the desired date and 9:00am time slot
2. Order for the Cushman Lower School or Upper School & Faculty
If you are ordering for the kids in lower school, please use lower school menu only. If you are ordering for kids in upper school, or are a faculty member ordering for yourself, please use upper school & faculty menu only.
If you have kids in lower school and upper school, please submit two separate orders.
3. Continue to Checkout
Click on the basket icon in the upper right corner to proceed to checkout.
4. Provide Details & Save Account
Log in to your existent Olo or Carrot Perks Account or provide your name, phone number, and email address. Click on ”save my details,” to create an Olo account for faster future checkout.
5. Provide Student Information
Enter the "Student Name," "Student Grade," and any allergies we should accommodate.

6. Add Payment & Place Order
You can also save your payment information to your Olo account for faster future checkouts.
Accepting orders Monday through Thursday. Orders must be placed by 11:00 PM the day before.
